I could go on and on! God is so gracious and we are so selfish! So many of His blessings we take for granted. I would encourage all of you to make a list of things that you usually take for granted to remind yourself of how blessed you are!!! You can put it on your blog or write it down and hang it up - you can do whatever you want - but just take time this month to reflect on God's goodness.

Thanksgiving is a time to show our gratitude to God. But we should be in the habbit of continually thanking Him, not just at Thanksgiving time. I'm going to make more of an effort this year to spend more time thanking God. He truely does shower us with blessings!!!

Psalm 92:1
It is good to give thanks to the LORD, and to sing praises to Your name, O Most High;

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Colossians 3:17
And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

Psalm 31:19
Oh, how great is Your goodness, which You have laid up for those who fear You, which You have prepared for those who trust in You in the presence of the sons of men!

  1. That is a neat list Chloe! I ♥ it. BTW-I ♥ the thing about 'no recipes for leftover chocolate'! It is very true! Have a great day......
